The series takes place at the Gokuldham Cooperative Housing Society, an apartment complex and centers around the members of Gokuldham Society. The Gada Family consists of a successful businessman Jethalal Champaklal Gada, who owns "Gada Electronics", his father Champaklal, his wife Daya Gada and their naughty son Tipendra "Tapu" Gada, who is the leader of his friend circle called "Tapu Sena"(Tapu's Army).
